- Bronwyn Weir, co-author of the Building Conference Report, emphasised the importance of effective regulation, compliance enforcement, and dispute resolution services in preventing strata disputes.
- Angus Aberdeee, NSW Fair Trading’s Strata Property Services Commissioner, discussed recent government reforms and introduced the new Strata Committee Training initiative aimed at improving committee capability and governance.
